We recently auto-sent out our quarterly Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey to get a feel for how we are travelling.
It is really helpful to get your thoughts on what we are doing well and what we could be doing to be even better.
It was also great speaking with some you to learn more about your feedback and we are grateful for the referral opportunities that you have generously provided.

How would NPS and Testimonial help your business?
It is not just Feedsy who is benefiting from receiving feedback.
Recent automated NPS surveys has generated an average of 26 testimonials (added to Testimonial Walls) and NPS scores of 87% (where 70% is considered world class!) for our Feedsters!
We are now working towards helping to convert these testimonials into Referrals.

What did Feedsy learn from our most recent NPS feedback?
As well as helping us understand what it is about Feedsy that people love (see some of the recent additions to our Testimonial Wall of Fame) we learnt, amongst other things that perhaps it is time to move forward our plans to update our channel designs. Stay tuned for more details about this in 2021.

What is Feedsy’s new aggregate Net Promoter Score?
NPS is calculated as [% of promoters = % of 10 & 9 votes] – [% of detracters = % of 1 – 6 votes].
Given the NPS range of -100 to +100″
- A “positive” score or NPS above 0 is considered “good”
- +50 is “Excellent,”
- Above 70 is considered “world class.”
We are proud that with the recent NPS (which had 57% of the votes being 10s)
Feedsy now has an all time NPS of….70!
Which is great but there is still room for improvement.
