Thanks for the feedback from our recent NPS survey [May, 2020]

We recently sent out our quarterly Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey to get a feel for how are travelling.

It is really helpful to get your thoughts on what we are doing well and what we could be doing to be even better.

A huge thanks to everyone who gave up a minute of their time to share their opinions.

Congratulations to a NPS newbie

This month we also helped one of our Feedsters send out their first auto-quarterly NPS survey – and the results were fantastic!

They almost received 50 responses and achieved a NPS score of 81 (where anything over 70 is considered “world class”).

As well as the positive comments, I am sure there will be feedback they’ll be able to use to improve and better understand their own business through the eyes of their customers.

What did Feedsy learn from our most recent NPS feedback?

As well as helping us understand what it is about Feedsy that people love (see some of the recent additions to our Testimonial Wall of Fame) we learnt, amongst other things:

  • About a customer issue that had not yet been 100% resolved (so we were then able to fix it)
  • A suggestion regarding our content (that we are now exploring more deeply).

Whilst it was awesome to find out why people love us we also value constructive criticisms and ideas. And remember if you every have issues simply email Feedsy support.

What is Feedsy’s aggregate Net Promoter Score?

NPS is calculated as [% of promoters = % of 10 & 9 votes] – [% of detracters = % of 1 – 6 votes].

Given the NPS range of -100 to +100″

  • A “positive” score or NPS above 0 is considered “good”
  • +50 is “Excellent,”
  • Above 70 is considered “world class.”

We are proud that with the recent NPS (which had 57% of the votes being 10s)

Feedsy now has an all time NPS of….67!

 

Which is great but there is still room for improvement.
