This is why we are in the midst of transforming our support and training to be more responsive and easier to follow.
As a first stage, we have introduced a Support Ticketing service to streamline and better track the progress of any questions or help requests for both of us.
It is easy to use this system, either:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org
- Send a form via this link
- Push the SUPPORT REQUEST button on the Support page.
After choosing which is easiest for you, please:
- Summarise the request (and include your business name) in the Subject
- Provide more info in the Message.
In the weeks to come we will be fully updating our support page with searchable documentation to make it easier for you to get what you are looking for faster and more beautifully.
